Hayley Spratt

As a proud graduate of Catholic schools, I bring a deep love for faith-based education and a passion for nurturing every child’s potential. I hold a Bachelor's in Elementary Education from the University of St. Thomas and a Master's in Special Education from the College of St. Scholastica. My teaching journey began right here at St. Therese, teaching kindergarten and 1st grade, and I've taught in both public and Catholic schools since, most recently at St. Hubert School. I have the unique privilege of understanding just how incredible the St. Therese School community is which is why I am so excited to rejoin the staff! I am grateful to bring back the knowledge and experience I've gained to support all learners here at STS. I choose to teach in Catholic schools because it allows me to live out my vocation in a community rooted in faith, service and love. I’m excited to help my students grow academically and spiritually, and to walk alongside them as they become kind, confident and faith-filled individuals.
