Church Connection

One family

St. Therese School is a ministry of St. Therese Parish. We are one community, united in Christ, and that unity is not a slogan; it shapes every school day.

One campus, one family

The church and school share the same campus and the same story. The parish founded the school in 1959, parishioners funded and built every expansion since, and Father Leonard Andrie, our pastor since 2016, walks alongside our students and families today. The Franciscan Sisters, serving this community since 1969, remain a daily presence in our classrooms.

Worship together

All students and faculty attend weekly Mass as a school community. Students of every age take part, from bringing up the gifts to reading the scriptures. Each class also spends quiet time weekly in Adoration, prayer before the Blessed Sacrament in the chapel.

For families with young children

Early Catholic Family Life (ECFL) brings parents with children ages 0 – 5 into the life of the parish. Modeled after the popular ECFE program, each class runs eight sessions of parent-and-child play, parent discussion and early childhood learning, helping families develop the spirituality their children were given at baptism.

You do not have to be a parishioner

Catholic or non-Catholic, parishioner or not, all are welcome at St. Therese School. Many families find that the parish becomes home along the way, and we would be glad to introduce you.

Join us for Mass some Sunday, or come see the campus we share. Either is a wonderful first step.
